"My food philosophy is home cooked sustainable, locally sourced, and well-balanced meals. It is important to me that dishes complement one another, avoiding excessive greasy, oily and fried foods to prevent an upset stomach. I think monitoring what you’ve already eaten and how your stomach is determines what I want to eat since I have a sensitive stomach and would actually suffer if I had too much of those dishes."
